Day 14 of Piyo: This was my second time doing the Core workout. I was able to actually hang this time. Much better balance, flexibility and stamina. I can feel myself getting lighter and I continuously do these moves and balance myself on one leg/arm. This is definitely a different style of training and Im loving adding it on to my Body Beast workouts. Every bodybuilder needs this. You need the yang to make the yin stronger. I needed more flexibility and strength in my core and joints and Piyo is giving me just that. Best part is that with my nutrition, supplementation and lifting, I am still maintaining my muscle mass and size, while dropping body fat and increasing my flexibility and range of motion. This is a WIN WIN !!
