Day 149: 88 degrees and partly cloudy (with 55% chance of rain today...another beautiful day that GOD has made! Didnt sleep good last night, but slept good for most of the day, so it been one of those days to just be lazy and relax! But, I still been walking so far today 1700+ steps and still will try to walk outside (hopefully, it does not rain before I go walk tonight). Yesterday, amazingly I walked a total of 6373 steps (most was walking in the hospital). My daily walking goal is 3000+ steps and I have meet or surpassed that goal for the past 5 days and counting...I feel better and stronger everyday...BLESSED! Also, I have another goal I found out that I will be a primary AFJROTC Instructor for their new instructor course at Maxwell AFB AL for the 1st week of August...I talked to my doctors and they think it is very feasible (because, I doing so well...don;t worry I am not pushing myself beyond my bodies means). So, this is another great motivator for me! The best news is my daughter Lizzard is coming home from Houston TX...that in itself helps my heart mend! GOD is so Great ans I am a BLESSED man!
