Day 15 #BeStrongin2015 is Supta Padangusthasana. Lift your torso up to meet your leg, not only the leg down towards your head. Use your core to stabilize the posture. When bringing the leg out to the side be sure to ground the opposite hip and focus on the external rotation of the hip joint rather than trying to bring the leg to the ground.
