Day 15 Booty BUILDING Bootcamp! This week we are increasing the time of the exercises to 45 seconds! Lets keep up the great work!*** 1. 5 Lunge Pulses + Knee Up ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg 2. Wall Sit + Leg Raise ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg 3. Chair Split Squat ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg 4. Leg Raises Over Chair ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg >>>Complete 1 set for each exercise and proceed to the next exercise without any rest. After completing all four exercises for the first round rest for 1 minute (if needed) and complete the remaining 3 rounds for each exercise. By the end of the four rounds you should have completed 4 sets of each exercise. If the exercise is a single leg exercise complete 4 sets for each leg.
