Day 15 Post Accident Its getting a little easier adjusting going back to work. And Im starting to adjust to the roller coaster of news we get everyday. Good news is that he has not had any seizures! Jim was with him all day but unfortunately he slept all day. Recall that it takes a while for the sedation to wear off. They were supposed to put a trachea and pec (nutritional feeding tube) in today that would make him more comfortable and prevent infections but he was requiring more oxygen due to the build up of fluids in his body so they decided to postpone. He has also developed a blood clot in his leg which is strange since he is on blood thinner. So now they are trying to determine what caused it. Met with one of his doctors today who gave the usual message. Its just going to take time to see how he comes out of this. Thank you for your continued prayers. #ClausStrong !
