Day 15 YHH Ab Challenge! I hope yall repeated day 13 yesterday. My abs were so trashed from those Ab Roll Outs that I couldnt do any more exercises! :P Today were dong the Hook Leg Crunch. Keys: Dorsiflex your extended leg foot and crunch up to touch it, holding for one count, before lowering back down. As always keep the stomach in tight. You want to build a small, tight waist with these exercises. Do one complete side before switching legs. Its gives a nice glute stretch at the same time. :P Today: 3 circuits: 1) 10 Ball Transfers 2) 10 (side) Hook Leg Crunches 3) 10 Leg to Hip Extensions 4) 10 Ab Rollouts
