Day 153: What an amazing day! Lizzard and I went to my cadets (VA-821) AFJROTC graduation (along with VA-20012 Chantilly HS and VA-20062 C.D. Hylton HS) of Leadership Laboratory Activities (LLA). When we got there they were in the middle of their drill completion...I was very happy and excited when each and everyone of my cadets came running over a greeted me upon my arrival! As they were getting ready for the graduation part...something absolutely amazing happened Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force James A. Cody (the highest ranking enlisted member in the Air Force) was driving by and just happened to stop to see what was going on! He eloquently spoke to all the cadets...what an HONOR and this made all of our day! Thank you Col Mark S Dierlam, LtCol Lambert, Maj Allen, Smsgt Gonzales, MSgt Lamont A. Eubanks, and TSgt John Wilkes (his last LLA he is retiring after 16 + years as an AFJROTC Instructor) yall did an outstanding job for all the cadets ( I was very impressed)! Congratulations to all of the graduates...very PROUD of each and everyone of you! As for my health still feel like I am getting better and stronger everyday! It felt good getting outside in the beautiful 80 degree weather and just breathing the air makes me feel so good. Yesterday I finished with 5353 steps and so far today I have 2535 (I will go walking outside later today. Tomorrow I have medical appointment with my Cardiologist and hopefully I can start my heart rehab therapy soon! GOD is so Great and I am a BLESSED man!
