Day 16 - Done! OMG! You guys and gals! Ive got five more days left of my personal 21-day fitness challenge. I must say that Im quite proud of myself for several reasons. I committed to a challenge and pushed myself especially on days when I wanted to give up. And, Im seeing some amazing non scale victories that I swore I would accomplish. For one, that being losing some belly fat. So, yay for me‼️. Todays workout was all about the shoulders and core with cardio mixed in. This was a circuit: ▪️ Reps are below ▪️ 4 rounds ▪️ Rest 1 minute between rounds. ▪️ I used a 15lb dumbbell The breakdown: 1. One-Arm burpee - 10 reps 2. Single arm squat and press - 12 reps each arm 3. Strict mountain climber - 25 reps 4. Pike press - 10-15 reps Start your 21-day fitness challenge today or join me on mine. #21daybefitchallenge
