Day 16 - a global nation You met Miranda. Miranda has chutzpah. Miranda has connections. Well, its more like she knows my best friends sisters boyfriends brothers girlfriend. Or something like that. Actually, she know someone who got in touch with YouTube sensation Cimorelli, a group of singing sisters from California who have a couple of million followers. They decided to sing a custom cover of We are the World, dedicated to Maddie. What happens next defies imagination. Once the video hit, it generated 1,000 views. Per hour. It was the #1 video that day in countries such as Brazil and Germany. 24 thousand views a day for the first week. After that it slowed down to 10,000 views per week. It has pretty much topped out, 3 1/2 years later, at over 900,000 views. Mail from Japan, Germany, Brazil and everything in between. Two years later, Cimorelli does another cover for another deserving young lady. In the body of that YouTube post they tell their fans the good news about Maddie while asking for prayers for their new girl. That video -16,000,000 views. While all this is beyond the realm of cool- dig deeper. Where else would you find a global nation of people praying for a little girl? The worldwide attention means nothing. The worldwide prayer means everything.
