Day 16 I have a not so secret romance. A romance with the night; the starts, moon and the complete peace. You bring out beautiful thoughts, dreams, visions of life and what lies ahead that fill me with pure joy. Funny enough, as much as I crave these moments, that I anticipate them and experience them in my mind, I do not feel anxious. The only word that I think does it justice is bliss. You bring voices of hope, encouragement and love. You make me appreciate those who have crossed my path and I genuinely want to show them my gratitude. I surrender to you my deepest thoughts, I stay up till odd hours until my companion hides behind the light of the day that brings me warmth and excitement for the day ahead. You are a physical representation of what I believe is withing every soul; unlimited, immeasurable potential. Even in the dark of the night, I believe our own light shines through and the comfort I feel comes from the company of people high above us that live in my heart and those who are awake in other corners of the world. So when I smile at the sky, I hope you can see it. :)
