Leg on the ground is doing no work *Single leg reverse lunge with box: 10 each leg. drop back knee and sit back into the reverse lunge motion *leg lift over: 10 each direction over the stick *foot circles: circular motion around the stick with your foot 10 each direction *reverse crunches:15 *decline v up: 15
