Day 17: I guess today is World Prematurity Day, and let me tell you how THANKFUL I am to God our Father, who put the fight into Brayden from Day 1! Our grandson was born 3 months early. He weighed 2 lbs 3 oz, was 14 3/4 long, and he met or exceeded the day to day expectations of the WONDERFUL doctors & nurses at Childrens Hospital in Boise, ID! They said hed be in the NICU for the remaining 3 months but was out in 2, and he hasnt slowed down yet!! That was almost 4 years ago. I witnessed his birth, and his progress was truly a miracle. And I am thankful for those of you, too, who rode the ride with us and kept him in your prayers!
