Day 17 Im grateful for my daughter Raquel. None of my children have had an easy life, but all have shown incredible faith. Raquel Smith really exemplifies that. Raquel has so much physical and spiritual strength, she amazes me. She has always thought of others. She has a gift for gift-giving. She cares, truly cares. She is a brilliant business woman, voted Ebays business woman of the year. She achieved her bachelors and is now working on an executive masters program, ALL while working full time. She is musically gifted as well, and made my birthday backpacking dream trip a reality. She ran her first half marathon on her birthday even though she didnt realize she had a broken foot. Shes strong! She is a huge light in my life. Raquel, thanks for letting me be your mom!
