Day 17: Jack Frost Directed by Michael Cooney, 1997 : A local sheriff who thought that the trouble of arresting a murderer named Jack Frost was behind him because he was supposed to get the chair finds out sometimes justice... isnt a dish best served cold (I made that tag up). Sometimes a movie is so shitty all you can do is give it the positive feedback of the film as if it was your best friend that made it. Hey, you beat that Michael Keaton asshole to the punch (his kids movie came out a year later) The difference between a snow-man and snow-woman joke was GOLD Jerry! (Snow-balls) WOW! That costume looked EXACTLY like a snowman! Having the snowman, killer, guy murder a WHOLE uncaring family was definitely the BEST way to open up a film. Why wouldnt anybody NOT know what this movie is?! Obviously its the one where Shannon Elizabeth was in it for 5 seconds and was hugged to death in the shower by a killer snowman!?.... no you dont really see anything.... its THAT classy. I actually kind of liked this one (spoilers to such genius, do not keep reading): They built it up the entire time that the sheriffs son made an extra secret ingredient treat for his dad that ended up being what that murdering Jack Frost snowman bastards kryptonite was... That ingredient: Anti-Freeze.... which quite possibly was his old mans kryptonite... well substitute kryponite with harmful toxin... The son basically inadvertently accidently would have poisened his father.... shit happens I guess.
