Day 174........ So, it looks like I might have a bout of the stomach flu. Ive had the runs all day. Went thru a few pair of comfy boxer shorts. I even got the bathroom rug and had to warsh it. I wanted to work on a French pastry that requires multiple steps. That didnt happen. I was going to make flour tortillas from scratch and cook a ribeye on the Q. Sliced thin and served with a Reed avocado. I want to learn how to make chocolate from scratch. But running to the bathroom breaks up my concentration. So that didnt happen. You know what did happen? I, once again stayed sober. For that I am grateful. Thank you GOD
