Day 18 #bootywork LIKE if youll be doing this today! 1. Up & Over ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg 2. Kneeling Tuck & Kick Outs ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg 3. Straight Leg Pulse ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg 4. Bent Leg Lifts (donkey kicks) ***4 sets at 45 seconds per leg >>>Complete 1 set for each exercise and proceed to the next exercise without any rest. After completing all four exercises for the first round rest for 1 minute (if needed) and complete the remaining 3 rounds for each exercise. By the end of the four rounds you should have completed 4 sets of each exercise. If the exercise is a single leg exercise complete 4 sets for each leg.
