Day 181 continued - on leaving hotel went via Atocha Station, and a coffee and wifi session, to Charmartin Station, where I leave from tonight,to deposit my backpack so I was a more mobile. Then a little tour of place wed spent time ... Grand Via, Sol, restaurant for the menu of the day, the art gallery to pick up a memento of our visit to see Guernica last night. A tough day, missing my girls. Decided to finish the trip with a tour of the Real Madrid Bernabeu Stadium. Thought I might have to abandon it early as the first point was, unknown to me, the near top of tower B to get the panorama view. The seating was precipitous, and I thought that I had to pass along where I could not go! So I headed back down the stairs to find that was the way to continue on, so I did get to complete it! Then to a pretty uninteresting Charmartin Station. But God always has a plan! Looking for wifi, within a few minutes two people, Ernest, a businessman by his attire, and a female security guard, both complimented me in English for the message I wore. Ernest noted that even Spain was sadly afflicted by this lack of commitment, divorce in other words. It was just what I needed to hear as I have had day of aloneness. Thank You Lord for your timely encouragement. Amen
