Day 185 The purpose for me posting daily is not for me anymore. I have victory over the challenges of wants and desire to smoke.. I post for others now.. I want to be a constant reminder that it can be done so that others may have the desire to quit and join me by counting daily so that others may see theirs as well... It really has been a life changing experience.. The physical part; how healthy it makes you feel is just a by-product of what you gain from quitting.. Its the mental stability and mental strengths #power from overcoming undefeatable odds!! Do you realize that majority of people cannot quit to save their life?? And I mean that in a literal aspect their life!! So its far beyond the physical... Without the mind the body is worthless.....
