Day 189: well today has been an eventful day... I did not sleep well last night bc my chicken was acting up..got up at 8 and could barely walk...took along hot shower.. Had breakfast and prayer time w my grandparents...my sister has been concerned w my blood pressure so she got me an appointment w the unemployed workers clinic..so when I got there and explained what had been going on..they took my blood pressure and it was 153/118..as nice as she could she told me I needed to go straight to the ER ...this was not want I wanted to do but my sister told me do I want my kids to b w out a mom..so I went.. They took me right in...run tests...the EKG, blood work and chest X-rays all came back clear so he put me on 10mg of blood pressure and I am to follow up when I back in sept...thank u lord for watching over me...
