Day #19 (4/10/2014) Hola, que tal? We started the day having free hot drinks by the Portuguese waitress. Calculations done, FHNs clinic in Ghana gets more money the less we spend - and yes we are obviously doing the mission the budget way! Every penny counts (; The physiotherapist of the team absolutely rocks, keeping all athelets fit! We had quite a different day, weird for us because we had to accept the fact time is running out and take a train to skip 100kms. We dont really think this will happen again - as long as luck and health are on our side, we will arrive to Lisbon next Saturday by 14:00! So we did 65kms from Pancorbo to Burgos periphery, then the train (which we Aaaaalmost lost) did 100 to Valladolid... and finally we rocked another 32 completing 97kms at Tordesillas. Tough cookie of national busy and also quiet roads, all smoothly hilly. WE SPOTTED THE FIRST ROAD SIGN SAYING PORTUGAL, HURRAY!! The town is medievally dressed, fiesta is ON while we are so OFF! Churros and a check out, before we enjoyed an epic sunset and put the warriors in all 5 of us to rest at the Camping El Astral. It continues being fun despite the tiredness, and we are getting some donations thus its good. Please spread the word, DONATIONS NEEDED FOR OUR TARGET 3500£ (:
