Day 19/42 Since some of my staff basically gave up (QUIT) on our staff challenge, Im working extra hard to stick to the challenge since we are doing this for our AFF to learn... Wont let you guys down. Im definitely getting leaner... Dropped another 1.7lbs since Monday. AM WORKOUT: 16 sets Chest 6 sets calf work Forearm work 15 minutes cardio 20 minutes sauna 2.5 scoops Iso100 2 teaspoons Glutamine 45g fruit loops 8oz FF milk 9oz chicken breast 2 sunny side eggs Will be going to the gym in a few hours for second workout 2 scoops gun powder pre workout Creatine 16 sets shoulders (maybe more) 100 leg lifts 2 scoops iso100 Glutamine Dinner: most likely chicken and egg salad. HAVE AN AWESOME WEEKEND AND STICK TO YOUR GOALS!!
