Day 19 #bestrongin2015 Fallen Angel Hey guys! How are you doing on the journey to being STRONG? Fallen angel is a fun pose that isnt as hard as it looks but definitely takes practice! Here I show the entrance from side crow but it is actually easier than side crow in my opinion since your head is on the ground. Feel free to snap a pic of your progress in either side crow or this pose. These challenges are just for fun and inspiration so dont get upset if your body isnt there yet!
