Day 19 of my expedition across Mongolia!! :D In 17 days of walking I have covered around 400 miles & Im averaging about 24/25 miles per day. Im currently still a few days ahead of where the team & I thought Id be, which is a great feeling. The last 17 days have been crazy!! I have had to walk through a snow-blizzard in the Altai Mountains, Ive walked through two very extreme sandstorms, I was told by the locals on two different occasions that I would be eaten by the Wolves, I almost stood on the back end of a snake, I was offered a local Nomads wife, I had my solar panel to charge all of my electronics stolen, Ive had to pull my 120kg cart over some of the worst terrain imaginable & up an endless amount of mountains, The list truly goes on and on - but this...... is just the beginning!! Physically & mentally Im still feeling fantastic & looking forward to the next big stretch that lays ahead of me :D :D
