Day 193: Bad news: I going to be in the hospital for at least one more day...Good news: I am still alive!!!! Last night went well and today when I was getting a chest x-ray I fainted for a few seconds and luckily the rad tech was there to catch me! Then again, everything was looking good for me to get released today and they took three blood pressures: Laying flat...good...sitting up...good and then standing...BAD...64/46...Congested Heart Failure SUCKS! It is looking like I will be in Alabama for another day or two...oh boy! More good news:the new Director, AFJROTC Col Bobby Woods and his staff have bent over backwards to make me feel like I am at home and meeting all my needs! He is making sure someone drives me back to Virginia when I am able to travel! Although, I do not have family here Col Woods came to visit me everyday twice a day, others that have visited me is my Regional Director Col (Ret) Doug Williams, my SASI Col (Ret) Mark S Dierlam, my seminar partner LtCol (Ret) Tracey Carter, fellow AFJROTC Instructors and former AF Recruiters SMSgt (Ret) Doc Thomas, SMSgt (Ret) Rick DeHonney, MSgt Darcy Keene and MSgt (Ret) David Copland (who probably will be driving me home)...I like to thank them for caring and making my heart heal a little faster! Also, want to thank all those that have been follow my posts, calling me, texting me and keeping me in your thoughts and prayers! GOD is so Great and I am a very, very BLESSED man! For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with salvation. —Psalm 149:4
