Day 2: Breakfast, ______, Lunch, _______, Dinner, _______! Can you fill in the blanks?? Today we will be talking about SNACKS! This is where a lot of people get tripped up. 100 calorie packs of Lorna Doone cookies is NOT the same as 100 calories of fruits & veggies! It’s just as important to plan your snacks as it is to plan your meals. Snacks tend to be where people give in to temptation. A scoop of chips here, a few M&M’s there... it adds up! There’s no room for temptation though if your snacks are planned.
