Day 2. Heat 1. Started last due to violations on kart. Ended 28th. Pierce now on point better today. But. .... Two tech violations due to taping radiator and carb vent tube meant we lost 12 positions. Starting last again in heat 2. Ironically we had pre teched it too. So several things from today. Rent a big tent. Have my guys from NJMP overlook the kart before heats. Bring a support crew (saying it again). Be nice to Pierce coz he is a bit mad at me ........ Now I know why everyone here has driver coaches. The best part. Kart and pierce is on. Definitely an experience and huge learning curve here. .......
