Day 2 blessings: Im thankful for having a good supervisor that I can count on. Although We are going through changes in the kitchen I can always count on Fabian Saucedo. What can I say? Im blessed to have a great supervisor. 2. Im grateful for my health. My body is sore for working so hard but it hasnt given up. I have cuts, scraps and bruises and I feel alive. 3. Im blessed to have my parents. Ive been thinking a lot about them when they started out. Miriam and my dad Ricardo are people I can count on. They taught me a lot. When I was a girl I remember my dad getting dressed and putting on his vest after closing their little food stand in Pasadena to bartend. He was paying the bills. That thought alone has kept me going the last few weeks. It was tough for them...it is tough right now for me. Furthermore, my mom is my biggest cheerleader. I need that from time to time when I can make it to family functions because we are short handed. She always tells me she loves me and prays for me. ❤️mom and dad.
