Day 2 didnt start quite as eager as day 1 but she was still happy to go! As she was walking in the school, hand in hand, with Mrs Carla, she looked over her shoulder at me with a uh oh look. But she never stalled or pulled back so I drove away. Shortly after, Mrs Carla texted me the pic of her coloring her egg and texted that she was off to a great day and had already laughed and pottied! Yesterday (Izzy only goes on Tues and Thurs) Mrs Carla texted me the pic of her artwork. And just now a text is coming in from her teacher that says playing with her new friend. I cannot thank God enough for putting a teacher like this in my special girls path. I can only hope and pray that every teacher that Izzy has in the future is this awesome and open with constant communication and reassurance to me.
