Day 2 of my visit with the 2 dogs in horrible conditions in west end. This is the mother who had her tail cut off. Horrific! The only reason she gets this close is because of the fence. She loved the hot dogs I gave her today. Ive had responses from several animal agencies that want to help. I am grateful for their responses & hopefully together we can help these sad babies & getting the mom the medical care she so badly needs. Keep your prayers coming. Thank you
