Day 2: warmup, obstacle course (I learned how to hurdle and climbed 6f wall without a boost) weights circuit, tumbling (front break falls, shoulder rolls forward and back,roll in 2 direction forward switch to back and die flat handstand rolls, dive rolls - my neck now kills), trampoline straight jump drills to get it right or nothing else will work and rolled my ankle :( and to finish it off SWINGING TRAPEZE YIPPEE swinging, swing from knees, and BAcK FLiP !! Attempted double back flip but didnt get timing right - I love swinging threw the air so much !!!!
