Day 20 #YouCanDoYoga November #yogachallenge :3 legged dog. So Im sharing a slow version if you are a little afraid of being on 3 points. If this is an old hat to you check out My Second Om version. Start slow...no prizes in yoga just personal reward so just let go and let yourself stay in your comfort zone to begin. From a lounge step back to plank them push back to downdog. Let one heel drop down toward the floor and the other knee just bend a little. Let the bent knee come up one inch. If thats all you get ok. If you get a little more each time yay. So enjoy and let me see you #strikeapose and do some #yoga
