Day 21 #balancebasics Bujapidasana Some days you just have to Jump On It and go for it. Still not the most graceful transition, but better than falling on my butt like before. I went for it though and made it back to plank. Trust me, I have fallen on my butt a lot in this pose. Tips: get into a deep squat and work your arms under your legs, placing the hands behind the feet. Think about getting your shoulders under your thighs. I used to just stay like that, opening the hips. Work your feet towards each other, squeeze the shoulders with the inner thighs, push up from the ground. You will have to lean forward a bit to counter the weight of your butt :)
