Day 21 of the 21 Day Fix. Did it fix some of my habits? I can say, I definitely learned how much I should eat in a day (including I wasnt eating enough veggies before, unless you want to count carrot cake as a veggie), I am happy with the food choices and totally satisfied with every meal, I had. Well except when Mark made some cauliflower thing that tasted like crap. :) I honestly didnt think I would be satisfied. Now, I dont feel right if I dont eat the portion sizes and the amounts of food groups and I will continue past 21 days since I like it so much. I lost almost 10 pounds, but I lost 4% body fat, which my goal was to lose body fat, not really weight. Will I ever eat a treat again? Abso-bleep-bleep-lutely! Just not every day. I have some more body fat to lose and some muscle to gain...Strong is the new skinny. Happy with the results and super duper glad I did it!
