Day 22 - Today I am grateful for our little community. I forget how many homes are in here but for me, its just the perfect size. We lived in So. County for 6 yrs. & only met one neighbor. Now we have been here 5 months and have made friends with several neighbors. Another amenity is the lake. The ducks and geese are so tame. We take our day-old bread and all we have to do is throw one piece and they come running. I heard someone caught over a 20 lb. catfish out of our lake, too. Got my fishing rod & reel ready for next spring! (Hopefully youll be to see the geese. We guessed close to 100 if not more. And if anyone can identify the ducks in the first picture, Debi would sure appreciate it. They have a red ring that goes around both eyes and across the bridge of their nose. It almost looks like a mask.)
