Day 22 Made it to Mataranka which is famous for its natural hot springs, so thats where Im going first up in the morning, had a fun few days cycling met a lovely irish girl Katie Anne OToole in elliot whos saving up to become a millionaire :-) After lunch cycled out to a picnic area 50 km out where I camped for the night where a friend of mine Emily K Damage who was driving back to Alice Springs stopped in with 6 ice cold beers oh I can still taste them:-) Next morning cycled to Daly waters historical pu, yes there historical cos there old, this was a outback pub like no other, old dusty weird wall littered with money and random ids and flags and even gaa jerseys,met a Belgium guy there who was cycling down to Sidney, he told me hes life story in 5 mins this is probably the greatest story Ive ever heard !!!!! Basically this guy is an engineer who was in a agricultural accident 8 years ago,he broke hes back in 9 places and was parilised from the waist down,doctors told him he would never walk again!He always believed he would! and said he dreamed about cycling around the world, so now this guy has defied all odds has cycled 65,000 km already been to over 50 countries and is on his way to Sidney then meeting his girlfriend in new Zealand a true legend!!!!!!
