Lie down with your shoulders supported on the blanket and head on the floor. Move into plow pose. Press upper arms firmly down onto blankets. Press palms into lower back as you extend legs. Move shoulderblades toward chest, engage abdomen, lengthen tailbone to heels as rotate inner thighs back. Extend legs, feet, toes upward. Aim to align heels over hips, hips over shoulders. ***There should be space between the floor and back of your neck. This clip goes into a few variations.
