Day 235 - Our Children Are Watching start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6 Before I started building duck calls full-time, I was a coach and teacher at my local middle school for twelve years. I would have given my right arm if every parent would have taken this verse to heart! There is so much truth in these words. As parents, we are tasked by God Almighty to plant His seed in our childrens minds and hearts. Never forget that part of training is us as parents living a godly life on a consistent and daily basis. Always be aware that children are watching and learning every second of every day. If we plant a godly seed, theres a good chance it will one day bloom into a godly plant. Prayer Father, help me in my daily walk to always be a good example to my children. I pray that they will one day grow into godly men and women. Help me to raise them in a way that will be pleasing to you. Thank you for the blessing of children. You have bestowed upon me. May I never take them for granted. In Jesus name, Amen. -Jay Stone
