Jim Ovia from Nigeria established the Youth empowerment and ICT foundation to promote youths and ICT development. The Ackerman family foundation in South Africa to enable people to provide for their own needs whilst aspiring to better themselves and to contribute to their communities. John Dumelo from Ghana has a foundation named after him that does various philanthropic work in several African countries. Kalusha Bwalya from Zambia set up his foundation to promote youth football and conduct HIV/AIDS awareness among youth.
