Day #247! Since its been a while, so I have a few! I am #Thankful and #Grateful that I have friends that pray for me, our communities and you! This week, my son and a good friend had their tire blow out on the freeway, and they both (along with family & friends) walked away, without injuries! What a blessing! Im thankful that one of my friends Mother, my Cousin and Najee Ali are all cancer free! Thank God for His kindness and mercy! Im thankful to reconnect with some awesome people, including Ta Launa Beverly, who invited me to participate in an on-line talk show today. Stay tune for a link tomorrow. It was Most Definitely, Real, Honest, and Important, discussing violence and abuse! I am truly thankful for all of you who have made donations to our 1st fundraiser! So often, we (Non-Profits, Community Based Organizations, Community Warriors, Fighters, Facilitators and Parents) are called to conduct workshops, speak at community events or schools, and we do not get paid! We have been assigned a higher mission, and willingly do the work, put in the effort and provide high quality programs with integrity, respect and passion! So every donation is GREATLY APPRECIATED!
