Day 25--Late again! Today I am thankful that I have a house and it has heat! In Myrtle Beach we have so many homeless people who live in the woods and under the bridges and wherever else they can stay. Some of them have tents and make-shift tents but so many of them have nothing. I just dont know how they survive with no shelter and no heat and nothing! When the experts say we are all a couple of paychecks away from being on the streets, they speak the truth! My heart goes out to those people. Please be kind to those you recognize as homeless--it could be you or me. Thank God that you have all the riches in the world, whether you live in a mansion or a hut, drive a car or ride a bicycle or eat beans and rice or dine on steak and lobster. If we have any of these, we are blessed. So many in this world have nothing. Lets give thanks for all our many blessings.
