Day +25 As you may have seen, today was a day full of blessings! Two of the most important results came back perfect! 100% donor cells and no minimal residual disease! This does not mean that he is cured yet, though this is a good start. These same things will be checked again around day 60 and day 100. They will continue to be checked after that, but I am not sure how often after 100 days. We do know that he is already 100% one cord, so one of the donors already won out, which usually happens, but not always so quickly. Julians rash is evolving in a positive way. It is becoming dry and scaly, and it has begun to itch. While none of that sounds good, these are signs that the rash is healing, which is more awesome news! We are waiting on results from his intestinal scope and biopsy. Everything looked normal, which is good, but the biopsy will provide more information. If he would have GVHD of the intestines, he will have to start a systemic steriod. If not, we may be able to avoid that, which would also be great! Overall, Julian had a good day. He was very tired from waking early for his procedure, and his itching was a big discomfort for him. Still, things are going in a positive direction! Thank you all so much for your prayers. Praise and glory to God for good results! Stay strong Julian. There are better days ahead! #RemissionTransplantCure #100%DonorCells!!! The Andrews
