Day #26 of our Ghoulish Glorious Glute Challenge Part of my kickboxing class warmup.. I have included weights. Grab your dumbbells.. Hold them by your shoulders.. Go into a squat and dig your heel into the ground---8 xs Go into a squat and reach your toes and ball of foot out 8xs Go into a squat lift your leg out to each side 8xs Go into a squat front kicks 8xs 4 different exercises Do 8 reps (4 on one side 4 on the other) Pulse the squat for 16xs This is 1 set Do 4 sets
