This is high lunge or crescent pose where your back leg is straight and heel is off the ground. Keep your front knee over the ankle, not out in front. Hands up to the sky. As you lower your arms straight out to your sides, lower deep into the lunging stretch. Slow count of four down, and slow count of four back up. Dont raise all the way up for a challenge. Enjoy.
