Day 28: Today I am thankful for a great Thanksgiving meal at my oldest sons home in Sealy. Also for their sincere hospitality. We had a house full, and we laughed, told stories, played a cute game, and really enjoyed ourselves. The food was incredible. We had ham, fried turkey, and smoked brisket. Then the sides were rice dressing, yams with a crumble and nuts on top, green bean casserole made with almond milk and slivered almonds, a corn and cream cheese mixture. cranberry sauce and rolls. WOW. I didnt see the dessert table, but I know they had home made chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin cupcakes, and pumpkin pie with whipped cream. It was a feast fit for a king. I am thankful for the hands that prepared this food, to God for supplying the bounty, and the military for preserving our freedom to enjoy it. We have been blessed this day. Thank you Lord.
