Day 29 of the #EveryBodyYoga Challenge: Sun Salutations are my favorite way to begin any yoga practice. They stretch the sides of the body, spine, shoulders, armpits, and belly while they also help to tone the thighs, improve digestion, and help to relieve anxiety and fatigue.
