Day 3 - Done. Cardio Legs had me sweating. Although I like to go heavy on leg day, Im having issues with my knee . #NOEXCUSES! I did what I could while hitting the target areas: #legs and #glutes! Heres the breakdown: This is a Hiit workout so set your timers to: 30s work, 10s rest I used carpet sliders for some moves. 1. Sliding switch lunge touch downs. 2. Scissor jack cross over touch down. 3. Sliding lateral lunge touchdowns. 4. Stability ball hamstring curls. 5. Reverse lunge to deadlift touchdown. I encourage you to try this.
