So Ive been on a bus for 4hours getting Halong Bay with great anticipation of seeing these legendary Island and they decide to have thunder storms and the cruise captain says NO GO, devastated! Now spending the night in some 1970 hotel in Halong Bay wondering where the weather will improve!...on a positive note that had cyclones in Indian, earthquake in the and a terrorist attack in Berma...
