Day 3: Im feeling a little blah this morning... Which Im told is totally normal for the first few days of a Whole30. Ive eaten some beautiful and delicious food over the last three days (documented in part in the photos), though, including some amazing cedar plank salmon at dinner last night. Getting started on a new healthy habit or plan can be really tough - those first couple weeks youre really battling your old routines and not yet feeling the good effects of your hard work. But I know it will get better!
