Day 3! Today we eliminate wheat and continue with no artificial sweeteners and no highly processed foods in our diets. Wheat is the most common grain consumed in the American diet and, while grains can be good for you, most of us eat too much refined and processed wheat. Temporarily eliminating wheat from your diet will allow you to try healthy wheat-free and gluten-free alternatives. Eliminating wheat, and the processed food typically made with wheat, can help facilitate weight loss and get us on a path to optimal health. When you reduce or temporarily eliminate wheat from your diet, you may also find that you feel better overall.
