Day 3 Unprocessed: Going good so far. Breakfast: Vegan vegetable omelette made with egg subsitute, spinach, onions, mushrooms, green peppers. 2 bananas, 20 Almonds and 22oz of water along with daily vitamins. Lunch: Organic Vegan Veggie Sandwich - baby spinach, spring mix, tomato, mushroom topped with pomegranate dressing made on a whole grain nut bread. 20 Almonds served with a Mixed Berry Fruit Salad - strawberries, raspberry and blueberry topped with chia seeds and 22oz of water. Evening Snack and Dinner: TBA S/N: I cheated today and ate Baked Cheetos on my ride home from Publix while on my way to pick up Dwayne from school. This was not a good cheat!!! I rather cheat with non-soy, non-dairy products. Ugh you should read the ingredient label. Smh (Im weak for Cheetos) Im ashamed of myself!!! #accountability #ineedacoach
